Hello

Hi, I’m Maria, an artist, mama, and the hands and heart behind this little keepsake jewelry business. I’ve always been a creator at heart, painting, drawing, sculpting and last May, I graduated with a BFA in Art Education (K–12). Around that same time, I started this journey of turning deeply personal experiences into meaningful pieces of jewelry

.

Truthfully, I never imagined I’d have such a passion for breastmilk jewelry. But motherhood, especially breastfeeding changed everything for me. I thought it would be easy because my mom (who breastfed for 11 years!) and sister made it look effortless. I quickly realized how hard, emotional, and humbling it really is.

Every piece I make is a tribute, to the exclusive pumpers, the just-enoughers, the moms who breastfed for weeks or years, or who wanted to but couldn’t. Your story matters. You deserve to hold a reminder of your strength, your love, and your journey. I’m honored to help you carry that with you, in something beautiful and timeless.

With love and so much respect,
Maria

Before becoming a mom, I thought I had a pretty good idea of what breastfeeding would be like. I figured it would come naturally, something instinctual, something simple. A piece of cake, right?

I was so wrong.

When my son was born, nothing about breastfeeding felt easy. I struggled with getting him to latch. I wrestled with nipple shields, learned to navigate pumping (and all the tiny parts that come with it), and found myself leaking through bras and bedsheets. I felt overstimulated, overwhelmed, and honestly… defeated.

There were nights I cried while holding my baby, feeling like I was failing at something everyone else seemed to do so easily. The first three months were the hardest, a blur of exhaustion, doubt, and determination. But slowly, painfully, we figured it out. Together.

Eventually, breastfeeding became part of our rhythm. Not perfect, but ours. And one day, I decided to create a piece of breastmilk jewelry for myself, not knowing how emotional that experience would be.

That piece of jewelry held more than milk. It held grit. It held growth. It held every late-night feed, every tear, every moment I almost gave up but didn’t. It reminded me that I did do something incredible, even if it didn’t look like anyone else’s journey.

That moment is what inspired my business, to turn personal, emotional journeys into lasting keepsakes.

Not every breastfeeding story looks the same, and that’s the beauty of it.
