Due to the highly personal and customized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures the integrity, hygiene, and unique sentimental value of each item created.

Please note the following:

• Once breastmilk is received and production has begun, no changes or cancellations can be made.

• We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.

• If your item arrives damaged or there is a clear issue with craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description. We will assess the situation and determine if a repair or replacement is possible.
