1. Custom Orders & Acceptance

All of our jewelry is custom-made using your own breastmilk or other materials you provide. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are the rightful owner of the materials submitted.

• You understand and accept that your item will be handcrafted and may have minor variations in color, texture, and shape — which makes each piece one of a kind.

• Once your order is placed and your milk is received, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the personal and custom nature of our items, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns.
If an item arrives damaged or has a craftsmanship issue, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos. We’ll assess the issue and offer a repair or replacement if applicable.

3. Shipping Policy

• Customers are responsible for shipping their breastmilk to us.

• We recommend sending 1 ounce in a double-sealed breastmilk bag, inside a padded envelope with tracking.

• We are not responsible for milk lost or damaged in transit.

• Once your jewelry is complete, it will be shipped to you via the selected method at checkout. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

4. Processing Time

Processing times vary based on volume of orders and complexity of your item. Average turnaround is 6–8 weeks from the time your milk is received. This may vary during busy seasons or due to supply issues.

5. Use of Materials

• We take great care in preserving your milk, but we cannot guarantee 100% preservation quality due to the natural differences in each sample.

• Any excess milk not used may be respectfully discarded, unless you request its return in writing before production begins.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, branding, and content on our website and social media are the intellectual property of Gold Drops Jewelry. Reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information is only used to process your order and will never be sold or shared without consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gold Drops Jewelry is not liable for any allergic reactions, damage from misuse, or loss of sentimental materials during shipping. Our jewelry is considered a keepsake and should not be worn during physical activities, bathing, or exposed to harsh chemicals.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
